Workers’ rights include the right to speak

This International Workers’ Day, the Working Women’s Centre Australia is calling time on the misuse of NDAs in workplace sexual harassment and discrimination cases. Because silence doesn’t create safety — it protects harm.

Through the Our Silence is Not For Sale campaign, WWCA is calling for urgent national law reform so women across the country can speak up.
