The NTWWC are always busy out in the community in the Darwin, Alice Springs and Katherine regions.
Alice Springs - Big Day Out in Harmony
Join us as we celebrate the vibrant and culturally rich community of Mparntwe Alice Springs on 31 May 2025 on the Town Council Lawns from 12 - 4pm.
Hosted by the Multicultural Community Services of Central Australia and Alice Springs Town Council this is a free event and everyone is welcome.
Darwin Seniors Expo
The NTWWC will again be part of the biggest seniors event in the NT as COTA NT host its 10th Seniors Expo for Darwin on 28 June 2025 at the Territory Netball Stadium, Marrara from 10am - 2pm. Join us at this free event.
Darwin Community Expo
On Friday 30 May 2025 the NTWWC will be at the Darwin Community Expo - Greater Darwin Edition from 9am - 12pm at the Palmerston Recreation Centre.
Visit us at this free event organised by Melaleuca Australia to connect local organisations, services and community members.
Darwin Disability Expo
NTWWC will be out in the Darwin community at the 2025 Darwin Disability Expo.
Come visit our stall and have a chat at this FREE, disability-led community event on Friday 16 May 2025, 12 - 3pm at Territory Netball Stadium, Marrara.
NTWWC are coming to Katherine!
Look out for the NTWWC in Katherine on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 May 2025.
This time our focus is on raising awareness with the next generation by providing our Basic Rights at Work information session in the local high schools.

May Day Union March
The NTWWC will again march alongside unions, their members and allies this May Day, Monday 5 May 2025.
Come join us and show your support for fair, safe and equitable workplaces, upholding workers’ rights, and to celebrate the strength and achievements of those who have fought throughout history which has led to the improved working conditions and wages we have today.
Meet at Unions NT, 38 Woods Street, Darwin at 10am for a 10.30am start, Monday 5 May 2025.
The Joy of Many Colours: Cultural Food Expo
NTWWC are excited to be part of The Joy of Many Colours: Cultural Food Expo!
Come join us tomorrow (Saturday 3 May 2025) at the Netball Northern Territory Stadium, Marrara from 4pm - 8pm.
Have a chat and learn more about what the NTWWC do while you enjoy traditional dishes from around the world, live entertainment, family fun and more, all for free!

Alice Springs International Women's Day Equal Futures Fair
NTWWC will be hosting an information stall at the Alice Springs International Women's Day Equal Futures Fair on Saturday 8 March, 5-8pm. Be sure to drop by and say hello!
NTWWC Feature Event at This is Not Art - Alice Springs
On Saturday 8 March the NTWWC will hold the official launch of their Living & Working in the NT interactive art installation at Watch this Space Gallery, 10.30-11.30am. This installation showcases women’s experiences of living and working in the NT, exploring their hopes and realities, while inviting you to share your story. This free exhibition will be on display from Saturday 1 March to Friday 14 March.
This exhibition is part of the broader NT-wide research project by the NT Working Women’s Centre aimed to advocate for safe, fair and equitable workplaces and supportive communities.
STRIVE: Women Pushing Through Boundaries
NTWWC will be speaking and networking at STRIVE: Women Pushing Through Boundaries on Saturday 8 March at Palmerston Golf Club, 10am-1pm as part of the Palmerston International Women's Day events.
International Women's Day March in Darwin
Join us on Saturday 8 March, 8.30-11am for the Darwin International Women's Day March. NTWWC will be marching at the event and hosting an information stall at Civic Park.
Keynote speaker at Weave the Future
NTWWC are honored to be one of the keynote speakers at Weave the Future: Young Women's Leadership Workshop on Friday 7 March, 5-7pm at Palmerston Recreation Centre as part of the Palmerston International Women's Day events.
STEPS Garden Party
NTWWC will be hosting an information stall and celebrating at the STEPS Garden Party on Thursday 6 March, 10am-2pm at Gray Community Hall as part of the
Palmerston International Women's Day events.
SWELL Women: Stronger Together
SWELL Palmerston are having Girls Only Club event on Tuesday 4 March, 12-3pm with free aqua aerobics and water safety class as part of Palmerston International Women's Day celebrations. NTWWC are hosting an information stall at the second half of the event from 1.30pm.

Want to start a small business?
On Tuesday 4 March, 5.30pm at the Red Cross Office the NTWWC, ASIC and NTG's Small Business Champion will be running a FREE information session on starting up and running your own business.

Festival of Women
This Saturday 1 March sees the evolution of the No Woman Left Behind Conference into the Festival of Women and NTWWC are thrilled to be hosting a stall, 10am-5pm.

CDU Danala Student Carnival
Come say 'hello' this Friday 28 February at the CDU Danala Student Carnival between 2-5pm. The NTWWC are hosting a service information stall and one of our Industrial Liaison Officers will be there to answer your questions.
