Our Silence is Not for Sale campaign seeks to raise awareness amongst workers and the broader community about the misuse of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) as part of settlements in relation to sexual harassment and discrimination matters.

We need to build a community of people who will continue to organise, mobilise and show solidarity with impacted women and victim-survivors who have been abused and silenced through NDA misuse.
