Advocacy
Where appropriate, we offer one-on-one advocacy to support you in navigating workplace issues.
Advocacy may include:
- Helping you articulate your concerns and needs
- Ensuring your voice is heard
- Defending your workplace rights
- Assisting to resolve specific workplace problems
- Reviewing or drafting emails and letters
- Preparing correspondence to your employer, the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) or Fair Work Commission (FWC)
- Liaising with your employer on your behalf
- Attending meetings or conciliation as a support person
