Becoming a member or friend of the NT Working Women's Centre
The NT Working Women's Centre is a community based membership organisation. One way to support us is to become a member. Another way to support us is to register as a friend and be on our data base for updates about work we are doing, invitations to events, celebrations or campaigns.Why become a member?
A substantial membership base will ensure the Centre is well supported by the community.Through your membership you will be making a direct positive contribution to the improvement of the lives of many Territory women who would otherwise have nowhere to turn for help.
You are under no obligation to engage in any activity with the Centre. You may have as much or as little involvement as you choose, from becoming a member of the voluntary Committee of Management and having direct input into the everyday running of the Centre, through to attending and voting at the Annual General Meeting.
How to become a member
Simply fill in the Application for Membership form and return via e-mail, fax or post.Payment may be made via cheque or by EFT.
Why become a friend of the NT Working Women's Centre?
You can become a friend of the NT Working Women's Centre if you wish to help support the organisation but not pay the membership fee of $10.00, appear on our member’s register or have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting.Becoming a friend will ensure you are on our emailing list / mailing list for important updates regarding specialist client services or invitations to special events and celebrations.

Clients are regularly surveyed and consistently report gratitude to the existence of the NT Working Women's Centre and the skills and sensitivities of our fantastic staff.
